I recently took my car into the JMAX location in Winnipeg - and I just wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful job they did. It had been recommended to me to use their service for an Autopac claim on the hood and the front end of my 2002 Focus. I just wanted to say - I am soooo glad someone recommended them to me - because the service and quality that I received was above and beyond what I had expected. When I got my car back - I could hardly believe it was mine - the work was incredible! The service I received also was great - from setting up the appointment - right to picking up my car .. Please pass on my "thank you" to everyone - I am in the service industry also - and I know how great it is when someone stops to take the time and let me know when I have done a great job .. I began taking my car to JMax because my husband is so thrilled with the service he's had done in the past and I am also very pleased with the work they have done for me. I was disappointed with one aspect of the customer service however. I went in with my husband and I was not impressed to see that every time I asked a question regarding my vehicle, the answers were given to my husband and I wasn't so much as looked at. These days, one would expect that a mechanic wouldn't assume that a woman couldn't understand the answers to her own questions.

We have taken our car and suv to jmax for all the work and have always been thrilled with the work and the professionalism of the staff. If I had only one place we could take our vehicle for all its work, it would be Jmax. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to jmax for its repair, you won't be sorry you did. Thanks Jmax

I just picked up my motorcycle tank and fenders from J-Max, I think they look better now then they did when they were new. I have always taken my vehicle to Joel at J-Max because I love the work they do. Whenever someone asks me if I know of a good body shop I tell them no but I do know of a great body shop and that's J-Max. I don't normally like referring people to other business's but I never hesitate when it comes to J-Max because of their quality work and service.

I've been taking my cars to JMax since about 1994. When I bought a new Civic in 2006 I didn't bother with servicing it at the dealership. I'm a big fan for a number of reasons: 1 - They are honest. I've been quoted a price for an expensive, anticipated repair and later received a call telling me that after they checked the car out, a far less expensive repair was what was needed. Over the years this has been my gauge of an honest mechanic . 2 - They do good work. 3 - John always explains to me what was wrong and what they did in language that I can understand (I do know a little about cars) but that does not talk down to me. 4 - It always seems that the guys who work there, like working for John. They joke around pretty comfortably and I've seen the same faces there for a long time. I like to support a business that treats their employees well.
