I also would like to say how impressed i am by Erwin automotion. I have only had to take my car to them twice but both times I dealt with Josh (I hope i got the name right!!) and he was extremely professional and courteous when explaining what had to be done. Their prices are fair BUT most importantly they do the job RIGHT!! The fact they adhere to Christian principles is a huge plus for me as it gives me that confidence knowing that I can trust them.

I brought my car to Erwin Automotion in May 2007 for a tune-up, timing belt change etc. Erwin Automotion found a hole in my oil pan, I decided to get it fixed, since that it's a pretty major problem. They fixed everything and brought me up to speed on all. I ended up spending a lot of money there. approx $2000 for my 2001 Honda civic. Everything was fine for about 3months. I was not using my car too often cause I was on course and was away and did not need it. I started using it over the summer months, like any other vehicle owner. Taking trips to do groceries, work, etc. And then one day, I started my car, and it would turn itself off. I tried again, and again. I got my car towed and brought to a different garage. After taking a look at my car, & running a diagnostic. The garage found out that the camshaft sensor had been broken and glued back together. Also that the timing belt was misaligned by 2 teeth. The only thing I could think was the time I brought my car to Erwin Automotion. They recently got a hold of me after this post and were unhappy. Threatening to sue me. Saying anything to make sure the blame was put on me instead of their mechanics. Unfortunately this is my only course of action. To let others know that when mechanics at this garage make a mistake, (like we all do) they don't fix the problem properly. Worried about losing their job or whatever. Well, all I can do is not go back that garage and warn others. I hope you have taken the time to read this, and please let everyone know that the mechanics at this garage cannot be trusted. Contrary to someone's defamatory comments in this site, the integrity of Erwin's Automotion is second to none. Through referrals this family business has built a large loyal clientele who appreciate Erwin's expertise and willingness to "go the extra mile". For 15 years I have enjoyed bringing my vehicles to Erwin's Automotion because of its friendly service. The competent mechanics take pride in every job. Erwin's has the latest diagnostic equipment and uses only top quality or dealership parts. Considering the high quality of work performed, Erwin's Automotion's prices are better than the competition. Unlike large companies, the owner and son work on site. In the unlikelihood you have a problem they will see to it that you are totally satisfied. In conclusion there aren't enough nice things I can say about the people in this shop. Anyone who takes his/her vehicle to Erwin's Automotion will be impressed with its personalized and trustworthy service. Jim W. 24 October 2007

As the owner of Erwin's Automotion I would like to respond to the negative comments posted on this site. I would have responded earlier but have spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out who this dissatisfied customer was. The surprising element to this posting was this individual made NO EFFORT to contact our establishment to advise us of his concerns/problem with his vehicle. We did eventually find out who this person was and contacted him to speak directly to him. The customer in question was asked why he had never contacted us to advise us that there was a problem with his vehicle. Proper business practice would be to return to the garage who did the repairs and allow them to inspect the vehicle and deal with the issues at hand. It has always been our policy to treat our customers honestly and fairly. I have been in business for over 30 years and take pride in our workmanship and stand behind our fully licensed mechanics. Without going into great detail, the customer at hand, chose to go to another garage. In speaking with this garage, they assured us they did not put our garage down in any way and that the vehicle had been driven 10,000 km since being at our establishment. The accusations made against our garage are not warranted as we would never glue a part together and then reinstall it onto a vehicle. In conclusion, we have never taken any legal action against anyone, nor has any one taken any legal action against us. Our business is based solely on our integrity and will continue to do so. It is unfortunate that this individual has chosen to take this position, but we too stand firm on our reputation.

I have been dealing with Erwin's Automotion since 1992. I can not believe the negative write up about this garage. I have dealt with a number of garages before dealing at this garage and have never found any garage that is to this level. First they are extremely courteous and secondly they really are concerned almost to a fault to ensure that service is provided to the level the customer wants. They are conscientious and check before any work is done. They even give you the option and will suggest what has to be done for safety and what can be postponed. In all my years of using this service I have never been disappointed. Also of course I have recommended many people to this garage and no one has ever indicated disappointment or poor service. All the mechanics are friendly and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism along with being qualified through many years of certified training and experience. As for the pricing, it has always been fair and they have always complied with my requests. Never has anything been done at this garage without me knowing about it first and allowing me to make the decision and of course providing me with the costing dependent for any solution that is available. If a problem has arrisen after the repair is completed, even months later they have been more than fair in checking the issue thoroughly and resolving any problem. What this person has written seems slanderous to me. I'm surprised that this site would allow this type of slander. Would I stop or change mechanics? No! As for me I still highly recommend this garage, and I know of a lot of other people who are also quite satisfied for many years and never would doubt the fair, excellent service provided by Erwin's Automotion.

I would also like to echo the favorable comments written about Erwin's Automotion. I have been using Erwin's for the past five years, ever since having been referred by a friend. The mechanics are always friendly upon arrival, up-front about all costs, and constantly leave you with the firm belief that they do care greatly about the service they provide. Their prices are fair, but I would argue that their greatest value occurs when you pick up your vehicle--you don't feel like you've just been shafted. On the contrary, you feel as though you've been well taken care of. Erwin's has earned my return business, and I have whole-heartedly recommended them to others, whom have only ever returned with their thanks for the referral.

I have been going to Erwin's for years now. I am shocked there was a bad review of this establishment. I will NEVER take my vehicles anywhere else but Erwins. Erwin and his entire staff are friendly, hard working and honest. They constantly go out of their way to ensure I am satisfied. And, when I drive away, I always feel as though I received great - professional service. Erwin's is no less expensive than other shops, but they provide top notch value for my dollar. I come from a family of licenced mechanics, and I can tell you with certainty, you will NOT be disappointed with Erwin's. Thank you guys for years of keeping me and my family safe. Darren Pynn

I have been taking my cars (94 accord, 98 acura cl, 00 infiniti i30t) to Erwin's for about 6 years now for any problem under the sun. My car is heavily modified, and no matter what problem or request I bring they manage to make it happen. My accord has over 400,000kms on it and I know for a fact that is because of the constant care and great work done at this shop. It is always a pleasure to go in, I will stop in just to visit because of how well of a business relationship we have formed over the years. Everything I have read on this site (besides the one negative blurb) concerning Erwins Automotion is true. I have been to other shops, I have been all over the country and had work done on my cars in many provinces, and my first choice has been and will always be ERWINS AUTOMOTION on bentley. Kenny!!!
