We rented a Cadillac Escalade. Stuart delivered the vehicle to Pearson (thank you). The satellite radio subscription hadn't been paid for - as a result it didn't work. Tire sensor indicated low front tire pressure (tire had less than 25lbs. pressure) We were on a very tight schedule, which was explained when the vehicle was booked. Only to find 1/2 tank of fuel, oh well had to stop for tire air anyway. It was raining, the rear window defrost didn't work! Called Stuart's cell phone, spoke to his wife, she was extremely rude and very defensive about the vehicles condition. Incidentally the vehicle wasn't very clean, hard to believe it only had 50K on it. Tires out of balance to point of putting hands to sleep with the vibration. After parking the vehicle for the night it started okay drove 5K shut it off for approx. 10 min had to boost it. Called and spoke to Stuart's lovely wife again only to have her tell me I had left the lights on! In conclusion for the amount of money we paid to rent a luxury vehicle ( I use the term loosely ) it most definitely was not worth it. We could have rented from a reputable company and at least got our monies worth I'm sure at the very least they would have offered us a different vehicle.
